  Terrible service, its as if the left hand has no idea that the right hand even exists let alone doesn't know what it's doing ! After visiting the Collinswood branch and completing the credit card authorisation I arrived at 7pm at Brisbane airport to find the form hadn't been received and there was no one they could contact (although I had a photocopy of the form). After pretty much crying knowing I had a long drive with no car eventually the attendant took pity and a look at all my ID and debit cards & decided I wasn't a flight risk and I was allowed the rental. So much pointless stress ! Brisbane staff blamed Adelaide staff and Adelaide staff blamed Brisbane staff. Very unprofessional.

  Truck was in great condition, absolutely no issues, friendly staff, will definitely use again.

  Good prices, but make sure you take lots of pictures of your rental before you leave because they don't keep good records of existing damage.

  We booked 2 weeks in advance and were told all was fine for a 1 ton auto truck. 1 day prior to the booking they told us they had none left and offered a manual which we couldn't drive. They were rude and didn't seem to take responsibility for their own error or get another one brought in from elsewhere. They forever lost our business and put us in an awkward spot. Luckily hertz were 1000% better and helped us.

  They were closed when we had to return the van. Bit stressful at first trying to get it back but ended up having it for an extra day for no charge due to their stuff up. Easily fixed and not out of pocket
